发电机需要前期的磨合吗?

柴油发电机组磨合是延长寿命的必要措施,柴油机装配和主要摩擦副零件气缸与活塞、活塞环,曲轴轴颈与轴承等,都不可避免地存在着几何形状误差(位置精度误差)等,以及表面微观不平(加工痕迹形成的凸峰和凹痕)。因此,相配合的两个零件实际接触面积较小,而单位面积上的负荷较大,摩擦磨损严重。此外,由于零件表面的微观不平而不易形成油膜(被凸峰破坏),使磨损加剧。如果在这种善下柴油机高速度高负荷的工作,摩擦副零件表面的凸峰严重擦伤或撕裂,金属屑成为磨料,使磨损加剧。严重时造成局部高温溶化变为溶着磨损,形成拉缸烧瓦。其实,由于零件表面粗糙,消耗于摩擦的功率较大,此时柴油机高负荷工作相当于超负荷。因而也加剧零件磨损。
The running in of diesel generator set is a necessary measure to prolong the service life. There are inevitably geometric errors (position accuracy errors) and micro unevenness (bumps and dents formed by machining traces) in diesel engine assembly and main friction pair parts, such as cylinder and piston, piston ring, crankshaft journal and bearing. Therefore, the actual contact area of the matched two parts is small, while the load per unit area is large and the friction and wear are serious. In addition, due to the micro unevenness of the part surface, it is not easy to form an oil film (damaged by the convex peak), which aggravates the wear. If the diesel engine works at high speed and load, the convex peaks on the surface of the friction pair parts will be seriously scratched or torn, and the metal chips will become abrasives, aggravating the wear. When it is serious, it will cause local high-temperature melting into dissolution wear, resulting in cylinder burning. In fact, due to the rough surface of parts, the power consumed in friction is large. At this time, the high load operation of diesel engine is equivalent to overload. Therefore, it also aggravates the wear of parts.
柴油发电机组磨合期较长,而初期磨合阶段磨损量较大,因此,此阶段一般以工厂内进行,通过合理的磨合规范进行磨合,以减少磨损量,延长使用寿命,同时通过磨合期可以用来检查和调整柴油机的装配质量和性能参数,以及运行中出现的问题,以便及时排除,使柴油机质量和性能达到规范的要求。

The running in period of diesel generator set is long, and the wear amount in the initial running in stage is large. Therefore, this stage is generally carried out in the factory through reasonable running in specifications, so as to reduce the wear amount and prolong the service life. At the same time, the running in period can be used to check and adjust the assembly quality and performance parameters of diesel engine, as well as the problems in operation, so as to eliminate them in time and make the quality and performance of diesel engine meet the requirements of specifications.
新的或经大修后的柴油发电机组,在正式使用前须经60h磨合运转,方可投入全负荷使用,以改善柴油机各运动部件的工作状况,提高柴油机的运行可靠性和使用寿命。磨合应视柴油机用途和拖载方式的不同,来考虑具体磨合方案。原则上随着磨合时间的增加,分阶段逐步提高柴油机的转速和负载,在整个磨合期内负荷以12h标定功率的50%~80%为宜,转速应不大于标定转速的80%为好。但在磨合的开始阶段,空运转或过小负载情况下的运转时间不宜过长。每当修理更换过缸套、活塞、活塞环、连杆轴瓦和曲拐等零部件后,亦应按上述磨合工况适当进行短期磨合。
The new or overhauled diesel generator set can only be put into full load operation after 60H running in before formal use, so as to improve the working condition of all moving parts of the diesel engine and improve the operation reliability and service life of the diesel engine. The specific running in scheme shall be considered according to the different purpose and towing mode of diesel engine. In principle, with the increase of running in time, the speed and load of diesel engine shall be gradually increased in stages. In the whole running in period, the load shall be 50% ~ 80% of the rated power of 12h, and the speed shall not be greater than 80% of the rated speed. However, in the initial stage of running in, the operation time under the condition of idling or too small load should not be too long. Whenever the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, connecting rod bearing bush, crank and other parts are repaired and replaced, short-term running in shall also be carried out according to the above running in conditions.
