沼气预处理对沼气发电机组的影响

在利用沼气发电的过程中,由于沼气发电机组的设计和材料特点,发电机组对沼气中的某些成分(如H2S、水、固体杂质等)非常敏感。如果处理不好,发电机组将无法正常运行。

1.硫化氢对沼气发电机组的影响

1. The impact of hydrogen sulfide on biogas generators

硫化氢(H2S)是一种无色、有毒、易燃气体,具有强烈的臭鸡蛋气味。当空气中硫化氢的体积含量超过0.1%时,会引起头痛、头晕和其他中毒症状。硫化氢(H2S)对铁和其他金属具有高度腐蚀性,也很容易吸附金属表面与各种金属离子相互作用,生成不溶于水的硫化物沉积物。沼气燃烧过程中,H2S也会转化为具有高度腐蚀性的亚硫酸盐雾,污染环境,腐蚀机械设备。同时,在潮湿环境中,H2S对金属管道、燃烧设备、检测设备和仪器具有高度腐蚀性。因此,沼气中含有的H2S建议在使用前清除。沼气发电时,沼气中的硫化氢会对沼气发电机组的进气管、增压器、中冷器、火花塞、气缸套、排气管和消音器造成严重腐蚀,影响发电机组的使用寿命。因此,沼气在进入发电机组之前建议经过预处理,只有当H2S降低到机组允许范围时,才能保证机组的可靠运行。

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a colorless, toxic, and flammable gas with a strong odor of rotten eggs. When the volume content of hydrogen sulfide in the air exceeds 0.1%, it can cause headaches, dizziness, and other toxic symptoms. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is highly corrosive to iron and other metals, and can easily adsorb metal surfaces and interact with various metal ions, generating insoluble sulfide deposits. During the combustion of biogas, H2S can also be converted into highly corrosive sulfite mist, polluting the environment and corroding mechanical equipment. Meanwhile, in humid environments, H2S is highly corrosive to metal pipelines, combustion equipment, detection equipment, and instruments. Therefore, the H2S contained in biogas must be removed before use. During biogas power generation, hydrogen sulfide in biogas can cause serious corrosion to the intake pipe, turbocharger, intercooler, spark plug, cylinder liner, exhaust pipe, and muffler of the biogas generator set, affecting the service life of the generator set. Therefore, biogas must undergo pre-treatment before entering the power generation unit, and only when H2S is reduced to the allowable range of the unit can the reliable operation of the unit be ensured.

2.水对沼气发电机组的影响

在利用沼气发电的过程中,如果沼气的含水量过大,发电机组的进气压力损失会过大,严重时,发动机功率波动、气缸爆震、停机等会严重影响其使用寿命。具体表现如下:

In the process of using biogas for power generation, if the moisture content of biogas is too high, the intake pressure loss of the generator set will be too large. In severe cases, engine power fluctuations, cylinder detonation, shutdown, etc. will seriously affect its service life. The specific manifestations are as follows:

(a) 发动机点火困难;

(b) 降低燃烧室温度和内燃机效率;

(c) 由于水蒸气等反应性气体的存在,增压的电耗增加;

3.固体杂质对沼气发电机组的影响

粉尘是大气环境中很广泛、很有害的污染物之一。灰尘是一种明显受发动机限制的杂质,其主要影响是:

(a) 管道堵塞,流动不畅,压力损失增加,运行成本增加;

鉴于发动机对沼气的要求,在沼气发动机前安装处理系统,解决气源侧和耗气量侧的矛盾,是解决沼气发电机组利用问题的有效途径,主要体现在以下两个方面:

根据具体情况,除水可分为两部分:冷凝水去除和非冷凝水去除。前者可通过汽水分离器实现,而后者更为复杂。目前主要有以下几种方式:

The removal of hydrogen sulfide mainly includes physical, chemical, and biological methods. The physical method mainly refers to physical adsorption desulfurization, which is simple to operate, but often requires large-scale equipment and adsorbent regeneration. Chemistry refers to the solidification of sulfur through chemical reactions. Currently, there are dry and wet methods available. This difference is mainly due to the different physical forms of the reactants, namely solid or liquid. Biological desulfurization is currently a relatively new method. The main principle is to cultivate suitable bacteria in the reaction tank.
