The core challenge of gas power generation lies in the instability of gas concentration. Coal mine gas has the characteristics of low concentration, large pressure fluctuations, complex composition, and high water content, which poses great challenges to the continuous and stable operation of power generation units. Traditional generator sets can only start when the gas concentration reaches 12%, and can only be connected to the grid for power generation when the gas concentration exceeds 13%. Gas concentrations between 7% and 13% can only be effectively discharged. To solve this industry problem, Zichai New Energy has integrated digital and intelligent technologies into the generator module through system innovation. The unit is equipped with more than 50 sensitive sensors that collect and transmit data in real time to the control system, which can automatically adjust to adapt to fluctuations in gas concentration and pressure.

In terms of technological breakthroughs, the new generation of gas generators has achieved effective utilization of low concentration gas. After upgrading and renovating the generator units, Jixi Mining Company's Longsheng Power Generation Company has achieved power generation with a gas concentration of 7% -8%.
