发电机组配气结构高斯通气门的特点

在压缩和燃烧过程中,气门必须保证严密的密封,不能出现漏气现象,否则柴油发电机组的功率会下降,严重时柴油发电机组由于压缩终了温度和压力太低,一直不能着火启动。气门在漏气情况下工作,高温燃气长时间的冲刷进气门,使气门过热、烧损。

气门是在高温、高机械负荷及冷却润滑困难的条件下工作的,气门头部还承受气体压力的作用,排气门还要受到高温废气的冲刷,经受废气中的硫化物的腐蚀。因此,要求气门具有足够的强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀和耐磨损的能力。

气门锥面的角一般为30或45,也有少数柴油发动机做成60?或15?锥角的,锥角愈小,单位面积上的压力也愈小,气门与气门座之间的相对滑动位移也较小,从而使气门的磨损减轻。因此,有的柴油发电机组进气门锥面的锥角为30?。

气门座的直径对气流的阻力影响较大。头部直径愈大,因而阻力减小。但直径的大小受气缸顶面的限制。考虑到进气阻力对柴油发电机组性能的影响比排气阻力更大,所以一般都使进气门的直径比排气门稍大。有些柴油发电机组的进、排气门直径相同,以便于制造和维修,但如果两者材料不同,则必须打上标记,以免装错。
