The ignition system of gas generator set is obviously different from that of diesel generator set, in which the ignition advance angle is a particularly important basic parameter. Accurate ignition advance angle parameters are one of the necessary conditions for achieving precise ignition of gas generator units during operation. Below, we will take a look at the adjustment of the ignition advance angle of the gas generator set for Weichai diesel engine accessories.
上止点指针对准缸压缩终点的飞轮刻度“o”,飞轮上o刻度前后各约600范围内贴上示波纸,并在纸上标注和飞轮刻度同样的度数,把加长的缸高压电缆,其一端插入点火线圈输出端,另一端则放在飞轮指针的尖端处,外露的电线与示波器纸距离约2-4mm,然后使用起动马达拖动发动机旋转,这时高压电缆外露的电线与示波器纸之间出现火花,并把示波器纸击穿,停止起动马达后,取下示波器纸,按火花击穿位置,即可确定点火提前角。
The top dead center pointer is aligned with the flywheel scale "o" at the end of the compression of the first cylinder. An oscilloscope paper is pasted within a range of approximately 600 before and after the o scale on the flywheel, and the same degree as the flywheel scale is marked on the paper. One end of the extended high-voltage cable of the first cylinder is inserted into the output end of the ignition coil, and the other end is placed at the tip of the flywheel pointer. The exposed wire is about 2-4mm away from the oscilloscope paper, and then the starting motor is used to drag the engine to rotate, At this point, there is a spark between the exposed wire of the high-voltage cable and the oscilloscope paper, and the oscilloscope paper is broken down. After stopping the starting motor, remove the oscilloscope paper and press the spark breakdown position to determine the ignition advance angle.
燃气发电机组配件
柴油机配件如发现点火提前角与规定值不符,可进行精确调整。方法为:松开磁电机与传动装置的两个螺钉,磁电机可沿传动轴转动。磁电机中间位置向自由端方向转动至大位置时,点火提前角滞后约10度曲轴转角。
If the ignition advance angle of diesel engine accessories is found to be inconsistent with the specified value, precise adjustments can be made. The method is to loosen the two screws of the magneto and the transmission device, and the magneto can rotate along the transmission shaft. When the middle position of the magneto rotates towards the free end direction to the maximum position, the ignition advance angle lags behind by about 10 degrees at the crankshaft angle.
反之向输出端转动至大位置时,点火提前角提前约10度曲轴转角。根据实际测出提前角的大小,按照一定方向进行调整,调整后再使用拖动法,重复检查点火提前角,直到调整到规定值。
On the contrary, when turning to the maximum position towards the output end, the ignition advance angle is advanced by about 10 degrees to the crankshaft angle. Based on the actual measurement of the advance angle, adjust it in a certain direction, and then use the drag method to repeatedly check the ignition advance angle until it is adjusted to the specified value.
柴油机配件通过以上的方法就可以确定点火提前角的精确数值了,特别需要注意的是,在使用拖动法检查点火提前角时,应关闭燃气阀,保证燃气发电机组在起动马达拖动时不着火运转。
