燃气发电机组控制系统设计要点

燃气冷、热、电分布式能源系统的核心设备包括燃气发电机组、吸收式冷(热)水机组、余热锅炉。辅助设备包括各种水泵、阀门、冷却塔、散热风扇、配电柜等。如何让这些设备更加节能、经济地运行,控制系统是其中的关键所在。

燃气冷、热、电分布式能源项目的控制系统一般分为显示模块、计算与控制模块、报警保护模块和数据记录模块四个功能模块。

1)显示模块: 现代化的设备都有自己的控制系统。任何单独的设备都可以自动按照预先设定的工况运行。同时所有的运行参数都可以通过数据线上传到上位机中。燃气冷、热、电分布式能源项目的控制系统显示模块就是勾勒出整个系统的所有设备,通过画面,直观地显示出所有设备的运行状态和运行参数。

2)计算与控制模块: 主要是通过传感器计算系统的运行状态。并根据项目要求设计 所需要的目标状态。将系统的运行状态与目标状态进行比对后发出调节指令。为了确保功能的稳定与准确,建议控制系统采用双闭环控制。

3)报警保护模块: 主要功能是当系统遇到危险状态时可以报警提示,严重时自动关闭某些设备或者使整个系统停止运行,以保护系统不受到更大的伤害。系统中自动停机的危险状态有:高水温、低油压、超速、汽缸爆震、燃气泄漏等。
3) Alarm protection module: the main function is to give an alarm when the system encounters a dangerous state, and automatically shut down some equipment or stop the whole system in case of serious conditions, so as to protect the system from greater harm. The dangerous states of automatic shutdown in the system include: high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, cylinder knock, gas leakage, etc.
4)数据记录模块: 用记录系统运行的数据和参数,以及历史报警记录。通过记录数据分析系统的支持状态,做好维护和保养计划。
4) Data recording module: it is used to record the data and parameters of the system and historical alarm records. Analyze the support status of the system by recording data, and make maintenance plans.
