1. Check if the surface of the unit is clean and tidy
Check if there is any looseness in the nuts of the foundation bolts, flywheel screws, and other moving parts. If any problems are found, tighten them immediately.
2. Check if the gaps between each part are correct
Carefully check whether the clearance of each intake and exhaust valve and the clearance of the pressure reducing mechanism meet the requirements.
3. Place each cylinder in the reduced pressure position
Rotate the crankshaft to check if there is any abnormal sound during the operation of each cylinder's components, and check if the crankshaft can operate freely. At the same time, insert the oil pump into the friction surface and close the pressure reducing mechanism to shake the crankshaft.
4. Check the condition of the fuel supply system
Check whether the ventilation hole on the fuel tank cap is smooth or not. If there is any dirt in the hole, clean it in a timely manner and ensure that the added gas is of the appropriate grade. If the fuel level is insufficient, turn on the fuel circuit switch.
5. Check the condition of the water cooling system
Check if the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient or not. If the water is not sufficient, fill it with clean soft water. Check if there is any leakage in the joint water pipe. If any problems are found, immediately solve them. Check the flexibility of the impeller rotation of the cooling water pump and whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate.
6. Check the condition of the lubrication system
Check for oil leakage at the oil pipe and pipe joints. If any problems are found, immediately solve them. Oil holes that require manual refueling should be filled with engine oil and lubricated with grease using an oil gun.
