瓦斯发电机组操作规程1、瓦斯发电机组启动前的准备机组初次运转,长期停放后再次运转或日常工作启动,启动前做好以下工作,使机组处于良好状态。
Operating Procedures for Gas Generator Unit 1. Preparation before Starting Gas Generator Unit: For initial operation of the unit, long-term parking and subsequent operation or daily work start-up, the following work should be done before starting to keep the unit in good condition.
(1)机组及配套辅助系统零部件应齐全、完整、各紧固联接部位联接正确、牢固;油、气、水管路密封良好,不泄露,电路安全、可靠。旋转件部位附近不准有杂物。
(1) The components of the unit and supporting auxiliary systems should be complete, intact, and the fastening and connection parts should be correctly and firmly connected; The oil, gas, and water pipelines are well sealed without leakage, and the circuit is safe and reliable. There should be no debris near the rotating parts.
(2)润滑系统①检查油底壳机油油位是否符合使用规定刻度位置,否则应补加机油。所用机油牌号应符合使用维护说明书规定;亦可用公司批准使用的其他牌号机油。不同牌号的机油不能混用。②当站内环境温度≤5℃时,应将机油预热至20℃,且禁止使用明火预热。
(2) Lubrication system ① Check whether the oil level in the oil pan meets the specified scale position, otherwise oil should be replenished. The brand of the oil used should comply with the instructions in the user manual; Other grades of engine oil approved by the company can also be used. Different grades of engine oil cannot be mixed. ② When the ambient temperature inside the station is ≤ 5 ℃, the engine oil should be preheated to 20 ℃, and the use of open flames for preheating is prohibited.
(3)冷却系统检查膨胀水箱内的冷却液液面是否达到规定位置,同时检查冷却液状况,并根据需要添加防锈油或防冻液等添加剂。当环境温度低时,应将冷却液预热至20℃。
(3) Check whether the coolant level in the expansion tank of the cooling system has reached the specified position, and also check the condition of the coolant. Add rust proof oil or antifreeze additives as needed. When the ambient temperature is low, the coolant should be preheated to 20 ℃.
(4)进气系统①检查气源压力是否符合机组工作规定压力范围,供气管路、阀门是否渗漏并作处理。②发电机组进气控制系统是否运动灵活,辅助运动部位应及时补加润滑脂。
(4) Check whether the air source pressure of the intake system ① meets the pressure range specified for the unit's operation, and whether there is any leakage in the air supply pipeline and valves, and take appropriate measures. ② Whether the intake control system of the generator set moves flexibly, and the auxiliary moving parts should be lubricated in a timely manner.
(5)启动系统检查启动柜或蓄电池电缆连接是否正确,是否接触良好、紧固可靠。电源应接通。
(5) Check whether the starter cabinet or battery cable connection is correct, whether the contact is good, and whether the fastening is reliable when starting the system. The power supply should be connected.
(6)盘车手动或电动预供油,用盘车工具盘转曲轴至少两圈,检查机组曲轴等主要部件是否工作顺畅,不得有卡碰及其他异常现象 。
(6) Manual or electric pre oil supply for turning, use turning tools to turn the crankshaft at least two times, check whether the main components of the unit such as the crankshaft are working smoothly, and there should be no jamming or other abnormal phenomena.
(7) 检查相序若机组并网或并联运行,运行前应用相序表进行相序检查,确保机组间的相序或机组与电网的相序相同。
(7) If the units are connected to the grid or running in parallel, the phase sequence table should be used to check the phase sequence before operation to ensure that the phase sequence between the units or between the units and the grid is the same.
(8)TEM系统检查①检查TEM系统电气连接是否正常。②连接工控机主机、显示器、键盘、鼠标、电源线等配件,将计算机串口线连接好。③检查各插头接线是否连接正确、可靠。确认无误后,接通TEM电子管理系统的外部电源,启动工控机。④旋出 TEM电子管理系统 操作面板上的“紧急停机”按钮,按下“启动”按钮,各蝶门应能正确、可靠动作,各步进电机控制器显示启动步数。⑤分别按“左燃气+-、空气+-、右燃气+-、右空气+-”旋钮,相应的步进电机控制器应显示正常、各蝶门动作应正常。⑥按下“紧急停机”按钮,各燃气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。按下“关闭空气”按钮,各空气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。⑦再次旋出 “ 紧急停机 ” 按钮,按下 “ 启动 ” ,反复按上述步骤检查至少 2 次,各蝶门动作应正常。
(8) TEM system inspection ① Check if the electrical connections of the TEM system are normal. ② Connect the industrial computer host, monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cord and other accessories, and connect the computer serial port cable. ③ Check whether the wiring of each plug is connected correctly and reliably. After confirming the accuracy, connect the external power supply of the TEM electronic management system and start the industrial computer. ④ Rotate the "emergency stop" button on the TEM electronic management system operation panel, press the "start" button, and each butterfly door should be able to operate correctly and reliably. The stepper motor controller should display the number of start steps. ⑤ Press the "Left Gas+-, Air+-, Right Gas+-, Right Air+-" knobs respectively, and the corresponding stepper motor controller should display normally, and each butterfly door should operate normally. ⑥ Press the "emergency stop" button, all gas butterfly valves should be closed, the steps should return to zero, and the opening display should return to zero. Press the 'Close Air' button, all air butterfly doors should be closed, the steps should return to zero, and the opening display should return to zero. ⑦ Rotate the "emergency stop" button again, press the "start" button, and repeat the above steps at least twice to check that all butterfly doors are functioning properly.
(9)集中控制柜使用ECS电子控制系统的瓦斯发电机组,做好集中控制柜的准备。①连接集中控制柜至燃气机组接线盒间的控制电缆,连接至控制屏的控制电缆。②检查各插头、各组成单元接线是否连接正确、可靠,确认无误后,即可接通电源,启动集中控制柜控制系统。③初次送电后要对设置参数进行设置。
(9) Prepare the centralized control cabinet for the gas generator set using ECS electronic control system. ① Connect the control cable between the centralized control cabinet and the gas turbine junction box, and connect the control cable to the control panel. ② Check whether each plug and component unit is connected correctly and reliably. After confirming that there are no errors, the power can be turned on and the centralized control cabinet control system can be started. ③ After the initial power transmission, the setting parameters should be adjusted.
(10)细水雾输送系统检查①检查电气连接是否与图纸相符,系统供电是否正常。②电气连接检查后可以通电,通电后检查监控界面的设备状态是否正常,联接正常后检查所有检测点是否有显示。③给水雾输送继电控制柜送电,打开水雾水池电磁阀,将水池蓄水至溢水口。④将水雾监控启动系统旋至自动控制状态,利用监控系统界面的控制面板操作启动一号泵或二号泵。⑤查看 水池、水封及瓦斯温度是否在设定范围内。⑥ 查看喷水压力是否符合要求。⑦水池补水阀、排水泵工作正常,水位未超过设定的上下限位。⑧ 当水雾流量和压力显示正常后,启动瓦斯总管阀门的电动蝶阀。
(10) Inspection of fine water mist conveying system: ① Check whether the electrical connections match the drawings and whether the system power supply is normal. ② After electrical connection inspection, power can be turned on. After power on, check whether the device status on the monitoring interface is normal. After normal connection, check whether all detection points are displayed. ③ Power the relay control cabinet for water mist transmission, open the solenoid valve of the water mist pool, and fill the pool with water to the overflow outlet. ④ Turn the water mist monitoring startup system to automatic control mode, and use the control panel on the monitoring system interface to operate and start the first or second pump. ⑤ Check if the water tank, water seal, and gas temperature are within the set range. ⑥ Check if the water spray pressure meets the requirements. ⑦ The water replenishment valve and drainage pump of the pool are working normally, and the water level has not exceeded the set upper and lower limits. ⑧ After the water mist flow rate and pressure display are normal, start the electric butterfly valve of the gas main valve.
(11)控制屏准备工作①检查、确定主断路器处于“连接”状态。②将三个电源开关打开a.将 “ 直流电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置。b.将 “ 电调电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置。c.将 “ 电磁阀电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置,使电动蝶阀通电。③检查七个电位器是否处于正确位置a.将 “ 同步装置 ” 开关置于 “ 断 ” 位置。b.将 “ 电压测量 ” 开关置于任意位置。c.将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置(德国海因兹曼电子调速系统无此电位器)。d.将 “ 紧急停机 ” 旋纽置于 “ 旋开 ” 状态。e.将“转速微调”电位器旋置于中间位置(5圈,10圈电位器)。f.将“电压整定”电位器置于中间位置(5圈,10圈电位器)。g.将“功率因数自动/手动”开关置于“手动”位置。④检查控制屏的报警铃和报警指示灯是否工作正常。方法为:a.按下 “ 试报警 ” 按钮,各报警指示灯应同时闪烁,同时报警铃响。b.按下 “ 消音 ” 按钮,报警铃响终止。c.按下 “ 报警解除 ” 按钮,各报警指示灯熄灭
(11) Preparation work for control screen: ① Check and confirm that the main circuit breaker is in the "connected" state. ② Turn on the three power switches. a. Place the "DC power" switch in the "ON" position. b. Place the "ESC power supply" switch in the "ON" position. c. Place the "Electromagnetic Valve Power" switch in the "ON" position to energize the electric butterfly valve. ③ Check if the seven potentiometers are in the correct position. a. Place the "synchronizer" switch in the "off" position. b. Place the 'voltage measurement' switch in any position. c. Place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position (this potentiometer is not available in the German Heinzmann electronic speed control system). d. Set the "emergency stop" knob to the "on" position. e. Turn the "speed adjustment" potentiometer to the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer). f. Place the "voltage setting" potentiometer in the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer). g. Place the "Power Factor Auto/Manual" switch in the "Manual" position. ④ Check if the alarm bell and alarm indicator light on the control screen are working properly. The method is: a. Press the "trial alarm" button, and all alarm indicators should flash simultaneously, while the alarm bell rings. b. Press the 'mute' button to stop the alarm bell ringing. c. Press the 'Alarm Release' button, and all alarm indicator lights will turn off
。2、通入燃气
2. Introduce gas
(1)打开手动燃气阀门。
(1) Open the manual gas valve.
(2)手动将电动蝶阀拨至“开”位置,使燃气进入机组。
(2) Manually turn the electric butterfly valve to the "on" position to allow gas to enter the unit.
3、机组启动
3. Unit startup
(1)机组长期停放,第一次启动前应 排空。方法为:关闭燃气总阀门,切断机组燃气供给,断开磁电机与点火线圈连线,预供油后,使启动马达带动发动机空转、将气缸内的余气排空。排空时应注意不要烧坏启动马达。
(1) The unit should be emptied before the first start-up if it is parked for a long time. The method is to close the gas main valve, cut off the gas supply to the unit, disconnect the connection between the magnetic motor and the ignition coil, pre supply oil, and let the starter motor drive the engine to idle and exhaust the remaining gas in the cylinder. Be careful not to burn out the starter motor when emptying.
(2)给电动预供油泵通电, 手摇机油泵和电动预供油泵配合使用,当机油压力表指示为以上时,停止供油。
(2) Power on the electric pre supply oil pump, and use the hand cranked oil pump in conjunction with the electric pre supply oil pump. When the oil pressure gauge indicates above, stop supplying oil.
(3) 给启动马达通电,启动发动机。启动马达连续运行不得超过5秒。若一次启动不成功,则间隔至少2分钟后方可再次启动,并于再次启动前将发动机气缸内剩余气体排空;若机组连续三次未能启动,应立即停止,查明原因并排除后方可再次启动。 如果连续启动次数过多,马达热量无法散失,会烧坏启动马达。
(3) Power on the starter motor and start the engine. The starting motor should not run continuously for more than 5 seconds. If the first start is unsuccessful, wait for at least 2 minutes before restarting, and exhaust the remaining gas in the engine cylinder before restarting; If the unit fails to start for three consecutive times, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified and eliminated before restarting. If the number of consecutive starts is too many, the heat of the motor cannot be dissipated, which will burn out the starting motor.
4、暖机运行
4. Warm up operation
(1)查看主油道、增压器的机油压力数值,滤前与滤后压力差,如不正常应立即查找原因。
(1) Check the oil pressure values of the main oil passage and turbocharger, as well as the pressure difference between the pre filter and post filter. If it is abnormal, immediately investigate the cause.
(2)打开气缸盖上罩壳,观察摇臂及横桥各点、面摩擦副回油状况,有回油流出是正常的,回油微量或没有,说明外润滑管路或摇臂、横桥油道阻塞,应松开外润滑管查找原因或疏通、更换横桥、摇臂。如果大摇臂铜套两端回油量非常大,说明铜套与摇臂轴间隙过大,应及时更换铜套。
(2) Open the cylinder head cover and observe the return oil condition of the rocker arm and cross bridge friction pair at each point and surface. It is normal for oil to flow out, but if there is little or no return oil, it indicates that the external lubrication pipeline or rocker arm and cross bridge oil passage is blocked. The external lubrication pipeline should be loosened to find the cause or to clear or replace the cross bridge and rocker arm. If the oil return at both ends of the large rocker arm copper sleeve is very large, it indicates that the clearance between the copper sleeve and the rocker arm shaft is too large, and the copper sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
(3)旋开水泵放水阀少许,若有强劲水柱冲出,则表明供水正常。新机或拆检过冷却管系的机组,应打开缸盖高温回水管线上的放气螺塞,检查两排气缸供水是否正常。
(3) Loosen the drain valve of the water pump slightly. If there is a strong water column rushing out, it indicates that the water supply is normal. For new units or units that have undergone dismantling and inspection of the cooling pipe system, the vent plug on the high-temperature return water pipeline of the cylinder head should be opened to check whether the water supply to the two rows of cylinders is normal.
(4)检查机组外观状况,不得有漏水、漏油、漏气现象。所有零部件应固定牢固,不得有明显的振动或松动现象。
(4) Check the appearance of the unit for any water, oil, or gas leaks. All components should be firmly fixed without obvious vibration or looseness.
(5)观察发动机排气烟色是否正常,呼吸器有无异常烟气,监听机组有无异常声响(敲击声、放炮声、吹嘘声等)。
(5) Observe whether the exhaust smoke color of the engine is normal, whether there is abnormal smoke in the respirator, and monitor whether there is any abnormal sound from the unit (knocking sound, blasting sound, bragging sound, etc.).
(6)嗅发动机是否有焦味、燃气味。
(6) Smell the engine for any burnt or gas smell.
(7)用手背感觉各气缸盖升温速度是否平衡、各冷却管线前后温度是否正常。正常情况下,各冷却管线前后温度应一致,各缸升温速度较均匀一致。如某冷却管线前后温度不一致,说明管线内产生气阻;如有个别缸升温较快且在正常工作时缸温也偏高,说明缸盖内水腔狭窄,冷却水流量受到限制,不能及时把热量传送出去。(8)充分暖机(一般水温、油温20℃以上)后,将控制屏上 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 额定 ” 位置,机组将提速、在额定转速下运行。待水温、油温均上升到40℃以上,再观察机组各仪表指示是否正常。若机组各仪表指示正常,则可并网发电。
(7) Use the back of your hand to feel whether the heating speed of each cylinder head is balanced and whether the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline is normal. Under normal circumstances, the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline should be consistent, and the heating rate of each cylinder should be relatively uniform and consistent. If the temperature before and after a certain cooling pipeline is inconsistent, it indicates that there is air resistance inside the pipeline; If a few cylinders heat up quickly and the cylinder temperature is also high during normal operation, it indicates that the water chamber in the cylinder head is narrow, the cooling water flow is limited, and the heat cannot be transferred out in a timely manner. (8) After fully warming up (generally with water temperature and oil temperature above 20 ℃), place the "idle/rated" switch on the control screen in the "rated" position, and the unit will accelerate and operate at the rated speed. Wait for the water and oil temperatures to rise above 40 ℃, and then observe whether the instrument readings of the unit are normal. If all instruments of the unit indicate normally, it can be connected to the grid for power generation.
5、并网
5. Grid connection
(1)预调整 “ 转速微调 ” 旋纽,将发电机组的频率调整至50Hz。
(1) Pre adjust the "speed fine-tuning" knob to adjust the frequency of the generator set to 50Hz.
(2)预调整 “ 整定电压 ” 旋纽,将发电机组的电压调整至与电网大致相同(约400V ) 。
(2) Pre adjust the "set voltage" knob to adjust the voltage of the generator set to approximately the same as the grid (about 400V).
(3)按下 “ 储能 ” 按钮,给(主断路器)储能,此时, “ 储能 ” 指示灯亮。
(3) Press the "Energy Storage" button to store energy for the main circuit breaker, and the "Energy Storage" indicator light will turn on.
(4)并网或并车后立即将 “ 同步装置 ” 开关断开,以免烧坏同期表。
(4) Immediately disconnect the "synchronization device" switch after grid connection or parallel operation to avoid burning out the synchronization meter.
6、 正常工作运行
6. Normal operation
(1)将机组调整到正常功率后,运行人员可按照电站规定,每半小时在机房作一次巡回检查。
(1) After adjusting the unit to normal power, the operating personnel can conduct a patrol inspection in the machine room every half an hour according to the regulations of the power station.
(2)观察燃气管系、润滑管系、冷却水管系、进排气管系是否有泄露现象,有问题应及时排除。
(2) Observe whether there is any leakage in the gas pipeline system, lubrication pipeline system, cooling water pipeline system, and intake and exhaust pipeline system. If there is a problem, it should be promptly eliminated.
(3)观察呼吸器是否有烟雾排出。如有烟雾,首先应判明是水蒸气、油蒸汽还是燃烧的废气。如果是水蒸气,且越来越大,说明有冷却水渗漏到油底壳;如果是燃烧废气且烟雾突然增大,应立即停机检查离心滤清器是否有金属末(观察离心滤转子壳内侧污垢时不要用手去摸,应在光线较好地方观察,金属末反光易发现)。
(3) Observe whether the respirator emits smoke. If there is smoke, the first thing to determine is whether it is water vapor, oil vapor, or combustion exhaust gas. If it is water vapor and it is getting larger, it indicates that there is cooling water leaking into the oil pan; If it is a combustion exhaust gas and the smoke suddenly increases, the centrifugal filter should be stopped immediately to check for any metal particles (do not touch the dirt on the inside of the centrifugal filter rotor housing with your hands, but observe in a well lit place, as the reflection of metal particles is easy to detect).
(4)观察运动部件动作是否正常,监听机组运行声音是否正常。
(4) Observe whether the movement of moving parts is normal, and monitor whether the sound of the unit's operation is normal.
(5)检查机油油面的高度、机油粘度是否正常。
(5) Check if the oil level and viscosity of the engine oil are normal.
(6) 注意观察发动机各缸缸温、排温(可利用手持红外测温仪),确保各缸工作正常。 缸温、排温过高时应及时检查空气滤芯是否阻塞,如阻塞会使进气产生负压造成增压器漏油,或者 调整发动机的空燃比或点火提前角。
(6) Pay attention to observing the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature of each engine cylinder (using a handheld infrared thermometer) to ensure that each cylinder is working properly. When the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature are too high, it is necessary to check whether the air filter is blocked in a timely manner. If it is blocked, it will cause negative pressure in the intake and cause oil leakage in the turbocharger, or adjust the air-fuel ratio or ignition advance angle of the engine.
(7)每1-2小时对机组各参数作一次正式书面记录。如数据异常,应查找原因并排除。应特别密切关注机组的水温、油温、油压、缸温、排温。(满载时理想的水温、油温是70-80℃,机油压力是,加载后油压下降左右是正常的)
(7) Make a formal written record of each parameter of the unit every 1-2 hours. If the data is abnormal, the cause should be identified and eliminated. Special attention should be paid to the water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, cylinder temperature, and exhaust temperature of the unit. The ideal water temperature and oil temperature at full load are 70-80 ℃, and the oil pressure is. It is normal for the oil pressure to decrease by about after loading
7、停车
7. Parking
(1)准备停机前应对机组进行一次全面检查,判明工作状况,以便保养、修理。
(1) Before shutting down, a comprehensive inspection of the unit should be conducted to determine its working condition for maintenance and repair.
(2)正常停机应按以下步骤进行:①卸载机组停机前,要先卸去负荷。缓慢逆时针调节 “ 转速微调 ” 旋钮,逐渐卸下负载。注意:在减小负载的同时需要通过 TEM 系统或集中控制箱 逐渐关闭电控混合器的燃气蝶门、减少燃气量、降低机组转速,否则会放炮、超速(飞车)。②分闸或解列当机组功率降至40kW以下时,迅速按下 “ 分闸 ” 按钮。③怠速运行机组在额定转速下运行几分钟、初步冷却后,再将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置,使机组怠速运行。注意 :分闸后,不得立即将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置,以免缩短机组使用寿命。④切断气源当机组 “ 水温 ” 、 “ 油温 ” 降低到60℃以下后,关闭手动燃气阀门。管道内剩余的燃气可使机组继续运行1、2分钟,燃气耗尽后,机组将自动停机。注意 :对于配置增压器的机组,水温、油温降至60℃时不能立即关气、停机,应再空载运行5分钟,使增压器进一步冷却,否则增压器摩擦副会结胶、结碳,密封环降低弹性,造成增压器漏油。⑤将控制屏面板上的 “ 电磁阀电源 ” 开关置于 “ 关 ” 的位置,关闭电磁阀。⑥ 将“功率因数自动/手动”开关置于“手动”位置,将“直流电源”、“电调电源”等电位器、旋扭恢复到停机位置,以便下次启动。
(2) Normal shutdown should be carried out according to the following steps: ① Before shutting down the unloading unit, the load should be unloaded first. Slowly adjust the "speed fine adjustment" knob counterclockwise and gradually remove the load. Attention: While reducing the load, it is necessary to gradually close the gas butterfly valve of the electric control mixer, reduce the gas volume, and lower the unit speed through the TEM system or centralized control box, otherwise it will cause explosion and overspeed (runaway). ② When the power of the unit drops below 40kW, quickly press the "trip" button. ③ After running the unit at rated speed for a few minutes and cooling down, place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position to allow the unit to run at idle speed. Attention: After disconnecting, do not immediately place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position to avoid shortening the service life of the unit. ④ Cut off the gas source. When the "water temperature" and "oil temperature" of the unit drop below 60 ℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas in the pipeline can keep the unit running for 1-2 minutes. After the gas is exhausted, the unit will automatically shut down. Attention: For units equipped with a turbocharger, when the water temperature and oil temperature drop to 60 ℃, the air cannot be immediately turned off or stopped. It should be run without load for another 5 minutes to further cool the turbocharger. Otherwise, the friction pair of the turbocharger will form glue and carbon, and the sealing ring will reduce elasticity, causing oil leakage from the turbocharger. ⑤ Set the "Electromagnetic Valve Power" switch on the control screen panel to the "OFF" position and turn off the electromagnetic valve. ⑥ Place the "Power Factor Auto/Manual" switch in the "Manual" position, and restore potentiometers and knobs such as "DC Power" and "Electric Adjustable Power" to the shutdown position for the next start.
(3) 停机后排除运行中发现的故障,并按规定对机组进行保养。
(3) After shutdown, troubleshoot any faults found during operation and perform maintenance on the unit according to regulations.
(4) 若需要更换机油时,停车后待油中杂质尚未沉淀时,将机油放净。
(4) If it is necessary to change the engine oil, after parking and waiting for impurities in the oil to settle, drain the engine oil completely.
(5) 若停机后机组长期封存,应按封车规定作封车处理。
(5) If the unit is sealed for a long time after shutdown, it should be sealed according to the sealing regulations.
(6) 整理并填写运行记录和交接班记录,清理现场,做好交接班准备工作。

(1)机组及配套辅助系统零部件应齐全、完整、各紧固联接部位联接正确、牢固;油、气、水管路密封良好,不泄露,电路安全、可靠。旋转件部位附近不准有杂物。

(2)润滑系统①检查油底壳机油油位是否符合使用规定刻度位置,否则应补加机油。所用机油牌号应符合使用维护说明书规定;亦可用公司批准使用的其他牌号机油。不同牌号的机油不能混用。②当站内环境温度≤5℃时,应将机油预热至20℃,且禁止使用明火预热。

(4)进气系统①检查气源压力是否符合机组工作规定压力范围,供气管路、阀门是否渗漏并作处理。②发电机组进气控制系统是否运动灵活,辅助运动部位应及时补加润滑脂。
(4) Check whether the air source pressure of the intake system ① meets the pressure range specified for the unit's operation, and whether there is any leakage in the air supply pipeline and valves, and take appropriate measures. ② Whether the intake control system of the generator set moves flexibly, and the auxiliary moving parts should be lubricated in a timely manner.
(5)启动系统检查启动柜或蓄电池电缆连接是否正确,是否接触良好、紧固可靠。电源应接通。

(7) 检查相序若机组并网或并联运行,运行前应用相序表进行相序检查,确保机组间的相序或机组与电网的相序相同。

(8)TEM系统检查①检查TEM系统电气连接是否正常。②连接工控机主机、显示器、键盘、鼠标、电源线等配件,将计算机串口线连接好。③检查各插头接线是否连接正确、可靠。确认无误后,接通TEM电子管理系统的外部电源,启动工控机。④旋出 TEM电子管理系统 操作面板上的“紧急停机”按钮,按下“启动”按钮,各蝶门应能正确、可靠动作,各步进电机控制器显示启动步数。⑤分别按“左燃气+-、空气+-、右燃气+-、右空气+-”旋钮,相应的步进电机控制器应显示正常、各蝶门动作应正常。⑥按下“紧急停机”按钮,各燃气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。按下“关闭空气”按钮,各空气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。⑦再次旋出 “ 紧急停机 ” 按钮,按下 “ 启动 ” ,反复按上述步骤检查至少 2 次,各蝶门动作应正常。
(8) TEM system inspection ① Check if the electrical connections of the TEM system are normal. ② Connect the industrial computer host, monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cord and other accessories, and connect the computer serial port cable. ③ Check whether the wiring of each plug is connected correctly and reliably. After confirming the accuracy, connect the external power supply of the TEM electronic management system and start the industrial computer. ④ Rotate the "emergency stop" button on the TEM electronic management system operation panel, press the "start" button, and each butterfly door should be able to operate correctly and reliably. The stepper motor controller should display the number of start steps. ⑤ Press the "Left Gas+-, Air+-, Right Gas+-, Right Air+-" knobs respectively, and the corresponding stepper motor controller should display normally, and each butterfly door should operate normally. ⑥ Press the "emergency stop" button, all gas butterfly valves should be closed, the steps should return to zero, and the opening display should return to zero. Press the 'Close Air' button, all air butterfly doors should be closed, the steps should return to zero, and the opening display should return to zero. ⑦ Rotate the "emergency stop" button again, press the "start" button, and repeat the above steps at least twice to check that all butterfly doors are functioning properly.
(9)集中控制柜使用ECS电子控制系统的瓦斯发电机组,做好集中控制柜的准备。①连接集中控制柜至燃气机组接线盒间的控制电缆,连接至控制屏的控制电缆。②检查各插头、各组成单元接线是否连接正确、可靠,确认无误后,即可接通电源,启动集中控制柜控制系统。③初次送电后要对设置参数进行设置。
(9) Prepare the centralized control cabinet for the gas generator set using ECS electronic control system. ① Connect the control cable between the centralized control cabinet and the gas turbine junction box, and connect the control cable to the control panel. ② Check whether each plug and component unit is connected correctly and reliably. (10)细水雾输送系统检查①检查电气连接是否与图纸相符,系统供电是否正常。②电气连接检查后可以通电,通电后检查监控界面的设备状态是否正常,联接正常后检查所有检测点是否有显示。③给水雾输送继电控制柜送电,打开水雾水池电磁阀,将水池蓄水至溢水口。④将水雾监控启动系统旋至自动控制状态,利用监控系统界面的控制面板操作启动一号泵或二号泵。⑤查看 水池、水封及瓦斯温度是否在设定范围内。⑥ 查看喷水压力是否符合要求。⑦水池补水阀、排水泵工作正常,水位未超过设定的上下限位。⑧ 当水雾流量和压力显示正常后,启动瓦斯总管阀门的电动蝶阀。

After normal connection, check whether all detection points are displayed. ③ Power the relay control cabinet for water mist transmission, open the solenoid valve of the water mist pool, and fill the pool with water to the overflow outlet. ④ Turn the water mist monitoring startup system to automatic control mode, and use the control panel on the monitoring system interface to operate and start the first or second pump. ⑤ Check if the water tank, water seal, and gas temperature are within the set range. ⑥ Check if the water spray pressure meets the requirements. ⑦ The water replenishment valve and drainage pump of the pool are working normally, and the water level has not exceeded the set upper and lower limits. ⑧ After the water mist flow rate and pressure display are normal, start the electric butterfly valve of the gas main valve.

Place the "synchronizer" switch in the "off" position. b. Place the 'voltage measurement' switch in any position. c. Place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position (this potentiometer is not available in the German Heinzmann electronic speed control system). d. Set the "emergency stop" knob to the "on" position. e. Turn the "speed adjustment" potentiometer to the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer). f. Place the "voltage setting" potentiometer in the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer). g. Place the "Power Factor Auto/Manual" switch in the "Manual" position. ④ Check if the alarm bell and alarm indicator light on the control screen are working properly. The method is: a. (1)机组长期停放,第一次启动前应 排空。方法为:关闭燃气总阀门,切断机组燃气供给,断开磁电机与点火线圈连线,预供油后,使启动马达带动发动机空转、将气缸内的余气排空。排空时应注意不要烧坏启动马达。
(1) The unit should be emptied before the first start-up if it is parked for a long time. The method is to close the gas main valve, cut off the gas supply to the unit, disconnect the connection between the magnetic motor and the ignition coil, pre supply oil, and let the starter motor drive the engine to idle and exhaust the remaining gas in the cylinder. (2)给电动预供油泵通电, 手摇机油泵和电动预供油泵配合使用,当机油压力表指示为以上时,停止供油。

(3) 给启动马达通电,启动发动机。启动马达连续运行不得超过5秒。若一次启动不成功,则间隔至少2分钟后方可再次启动,并于再次启动前将发动机气缸内剩余气体排空;若机组连续三次未能启动,应立即停止,查明原因并排除后方可再次启动。 如果连续启动次数过多,马达热量无法散失,会烧坏启动马达。
(3) Power on the starter motor and start the engine. The starting motor should not run continuously for more than 5 seconds. If the first start is unsuccessful, wait for at least 2 minutes before restarting, and exhaust the remaining gas in the engine cylinder before restarting; If the unit fails to start for three consecutive times, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified and eliminated before restarting. If the number of consecutive starts is too many, the heat of the motor cannot be dissipated, which will burn out the starting motor.
4、暖机运行

(1)查看主油道、增压器的机油压力数值,滤前与滤后压力差,如不正常应立即查找原因。
(1) Check the oil pressure values of the main oil passage and turbocharger, as well as the pressure difference between the pre filter and post filter. If it is abnormal, immediately investigate the cause.
(2)打开气缸盖上罩壳,观察摇臂及横桥各点、面摩擦副回油状况,有回油流出是正常的,回油微量或没有,说明外润滑管路或摇臂、横桥油道阻塞,应松开外润滑管查找原因或疏通、更换横桥、摇臂。如果大摇臂铜套两端回油量非常大,说明铜套与摇臂轴间隙过大,应及时更换铜套。
(2) Open the cylinder head cover and observe the return oil condition of the rocker arm and cross bridge friction pair at each point and surface. It is normal for oil to flow out, but if there is little or no return oil, it indicates that the external lubrication pipeline or rocker arm and cross bridge oil passage is blocked. The external lubrication pipeline should be loosened to find the cause or to clear or replace the cross bridge and rocker arm. If the oil return at both ends of the large rocker arm copper sleeve is very large, it indicates that the clearance between the copper sleeve and the rocker arm shaft is too large, and the copper sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
(3)旋开水泵放水阀少许,若有强劲水柱冲出,则表明供水正常。新机或拆检过冷却管系的机组,应打开缸盖高温回水管线上的放气螺塞,检查两排气缸供水是否正常。
(3) Loosen the drain valve of the water pump slightly. If there is a strong water column rushing out, it indicates that the water supply is normal. For new units or units that have undergone dismantling and inspection of the cooling pipe system, the vent plug on the high-temperature return water pipeline of the cylinder head should be opened to check whether the water supply to the two rows of cylinders is normal.
(4)检查机组外观状况,不得有漏水、漏油、漏气现象。所有零部件应固定牢固,不得有明显的振动或松动现象。
(4) Check the appearance of the unit for any water, oil, or gas leaks. All components should be firmly fixed without obvious vibration or looseness.
(5)观察发动机排气烟色是否正常,呼吸器有无异常烟气,监听机组有无异常声响(敲击声、放炮声、吹嘘声等)。
(5) Observe whether the exhaust smoke color of the engine is normal, whether there is abnormal smoke in the respirator, and monitor whether there is any abnormal sound from the unit (knocking sound, blasting sound, bragging sound, etc.).
(6)嗅发动机是否有焦味、燃气味。
(6) Smell the engine for any burnt or gas smell.
(7)用手背感觉各气缸盖升温速度是否平衡、各冷却管线前后温度是否正常。正常情况下,各冷却管线前后温度应一致,各缸升温速度较均匀一致。如某冷却管线前后温度不一致,说明管线内产生气阻;如有个别缸升温较快且在正常工作时缸温也偏高,说明缸盖内水腔狭窄,冷却水流量受到限制,不能及时把热量传送出去。(8)充分暖机(一般水温、油温20℃以上)后,将控制屏上 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 额定 ” 位置,机组将提速、在额定转速下运行。待水温、油温均上升到40℃以上,再观察机组各仪表指示是否正常。若机组各仪表指示正常,则可并网发电。
(7) Use the back of your hand to feel whether the heating speed of each cylinder head is balanced and whether the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline is normal. Under normal circumstances, the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline should be consistent, and the heating rate of each cylinder should be relatively uniform and consistent. If the temperature before and after a certain cooling pipeline is inconsistent, it indicates that there is air resistance inside the pipeline; If a few cylinders heat up quickly and the cylinder temperature is also high during normal operation, it indicates that the water chamber in the cylinder head is narrow, the cooling water flow is limited, and the heat cannot be transferred out in a timely manner. (8) After fully warming up (generally with water temperature and oil temperature above 20 ℃), place the "idle/rated" switch on the control screen in the "rated" position, and the unit will accelerate and operate at the rated speed. Wait for the water and oil temperatures to rise above 40 ℃, and then observe whether the instrument readings of the unit are normal. If all instruments of the unit indicate normally, it can be connected to the grid for power generation.
5、并网
5. Grid connection
(1)预调整 “ 转速微调 ” 旋纽,将发电机组的频率调整至50Hz。
(1) Pre adjust the "speed fine-tuning" knob to adjust the frequency of the generator set to 50Hz.
(2)预调整 “ 整定电压 ” 旋纽,将发电机组的电压调整至与电网大致相同(约400V ) 。

(1)将机组调整到正常功率后,运行人员可按照电站规定,每半小时在机房作一次巡回检查。

(2)观察燃气管系、润滑管系、冷却水管系、进排气管系是否有泄露现象,有问题应及时排除。

(3)观察呼吸器是否有烟雾排出。如有烟雾,首先应判明是水蒸气、油蒸汽还是燃烧的废气。如果是水蒸气,且越来越大,说明有冷却水渗漏到油底壳;如果是燃烧废气且烟雾突然增大,应立即停机检查离心滤清器是否有金属末(观察离心滤转子壳内侧污垢时不要用手去摸,应在光线较好地方观察,金属末反光易发现)。
(3) Observe whether the respirator emits smoke. If there is smoke, the first thing to determine is whether it is water vapor, oil vapor, or combustion exhaust gas. If it is water vapor and it is getting larger, it indicates that there is cooling water leaking into the oil pan; If it is a combustion exhaust gas and the smoke suddenly increases, the centrifugal filter should be stopped immediately to check for any metal particles (do not touch the dirt on the inside of the centrifugal filter rotor housing with your hands, but observe in a well lit place, as the reflection of metal particles is easy to detect).
(4)观察运动部件动作是否正常,监听机组运行声音是否正常。
(4) Observe whether the movement of moving parts is normal, and monitor whether the sound of the unit's operation is normal.
(5)检查机油油面的高度、机油粘度是否正常。

(6) 注意观察发动机各缸缸温、排温(可利用手持红外测温仪),确保各缸工作正常。 缸温、排温过高时应及时检查空气滤芯是否阻塞,如阻塞会使进气产生负压造成增压器漏油,或者 调整发动机的空燃比或点火提前角。
(6) Pay attention to observing the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature of each engine cylinder (using a handheld infrared thermometer) to ensure that each cylinder is working properly. When the cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature are too high, it is necessary to check whether the air filter is blocked in a timely manner. If it is blocked, it will cause negative pressure in the intake and cause oil leakage in the turbocharger, or adjust the air-fuel ratio or ignition advance angle of the engine.
(7)每1-2小时对机组各参数作一次正式书面记录。如数据异常,应查找原因并排除。应特别密切关注机组的水温、油温、油压、缸温、排温。(满载时理想的水温、油温是70-80℃,机油压力是,加载后油压下降左右是正常的)

(1)准备停机前应对机组进行一次全面检查,判明工作状况,以便保养、修理。
(1) Before shutting down, a comprehensive inspection of the unit should be conducted to determine its working condition for maintenance and repair.
(2)正常停机应按以下步骤进行:①卸载机组停机前,要先卸去负荷。缓慢逆时针调节 “ 转速微调 ” 旋钮,逐渐卸下负载。注意:在减小负载的同时需要通过 TEM 系统或集中控制箱 逐渐关闭电控混合器的燃气蝶门、减少燃气量、降低机组转速,否则会放炮、超速(飞车)。②分闸或解列当机组功率降至40kW以下时,迅速按下 “ 分闸 ” 按钮。③怠速运行机组在额定转速下运行几分钟、初步冷却后,再将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置,使机组怠速运行。注意 :分闸后,不得立即将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置,以免缩短机组使用寿命。④切断气源当机组 “ 水温 ” 、 “ 油温 ” 降低到60℃以下后,关闭手动燃气阀门。管道内剩余的燃气可使机组继续运行1、2分钟,燃气耗尽后,机组将自动停机。注意 :对于配置增压器的机组,水温、油温降至60℃时不能立即关气、停机,应再空载运行5分钟,使增压器进一步冷却,否则增压器摩擦副会结胶、结碳,密封环降低弹性,造成增压器漏油。⑤将控制屏面板上的 “ 电磁阀电源 ” 开关置于 “ 关 ” 的位置,关闭电磁阀。⑥ 将“功率因数自动/手动”开关置于“手动”位置,将“直流电源”、“电调电源”等电位器、旋扭恢复到停机位置,以便下次启动。

Attention: After disconnecting, do not immediately place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position to avoid shortening the service life of the unit. ④ Cut off the gas source. When the "water temperature" and "oil temperature" of the unit drop below 60 ℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas in the pipeline can keep the unit running for 1-2 minutes. After the gas is exhausted, the unit will automatically shut down. Attention: For units equipped with a turbocharger, when the water temperature and oil temperature drop to 60 ℃, the air cannot be immediately turned off or stopped. It should be run without load for another 5 minutes to further cool the turbocharger. Otherwise, the friction pair of the turbocharger will form glue and carbon, and the sealing ring will reduce elasticity, causing oil leakage from the turbocharger. ⑤ Set the "Electromagnetic Valve Power" switch on the control screen panel to the "OFF" position and turn off the electromagnetic valve. ⑥ Place the "Power Factor Auto/Manual" switch in the "Manual" position, and restore potentiometers and knobs such as "DC Power" and "Electric Adjustable Power" to the shutdown position for the next start.
(3) 停机后排除运行中发现的故障,并按规定对机组进行保养。
