High cooling water temperature
现象:站控值班人员发现燃气发电机水温偏高,相关人员随即赴现场对发电机组进行检查,风扇等冷却系统正常,控制面板无报警。半小时之后,上位机出现该燃气发电机冷却水温度高报警, 进而造成停机。
Phenomenon: The station control duty personnel found that the water temperature of the gas generator was too high. Relevant personnel immediately went to the site to inspect the generator set. The cooling system such as the fan was normal, and there was no alarm on the control panel. Half an hour later, the upper computer triggered a high temperature alarm for the cooling water of the gas generator, resulting in a shutdown.
造成此次冷却水温度高原因分析:该燃气发电机正常运行时冷却水温度在89℃左右,当负载有较大幅度的提升时,冷却水温度随即上升,超过临界值导致报警停机。
Analysis of the reasons for the high cooling water temperature this time: When the gas generator is running normally, the cooling water temperature is around 89 ℃. When the load increases significantly, the cooling water temperature immediately rises, exceeding the critical value and causing an alarm shutdown.
其他原因分析:(1)冷却水管路存在结垢现象,导致冷却水散热不佳;(2)冷却风扇电机损坏,导致散热不佳;(3)节温器卡住或者其他原因导致未打开;(4)冷却水管路或者接头处漏水,冷却水自然损耗液位降低导致冷却水缺失;(5)冷却水温度传感器故障,导致检测结果失准。

Phenomenon: The control screen of the on-site gas generator shows a "reverse power" fault alarm and shutdown. There is an abnormal jump phenomenon in the power curve of the generator on the station control upper computer at the moment of shutdown.
原因分析:相关人员查看现场接线柜,检测功率转换模块,4~20mA输出存在问题。经过分析,可能冲击电流导致功率转换器故障。
Cause analysis: Relevant personnel inspected the on-site wiring cabinet, tested the power conversion module, and found that there was a problem with the 4-20mA output. After analysis, it is possible that the surge current caused the power converter to malfunction.

现象:奇才控制屏显示“Motor Control Fault”故障报警信息。
Phenomenon: The Qicai control screen displays a "Motor Control Fault" fault alarm message.
原因分析:根据显示屏提示的消息,打开燃气发电机组电机控制柜,经过检查陆续排除接线松动及其他部件的损坏情况,针对IMO TDMD-X延时继电器进行检测,发现延时继电器ATR上电到指定时间后不能正常吸合,确认为延时继电器故障。更换延时继电器之后,燃气发电机正常运行。
Cause analysis: According to the message displayed on the screen, open the motor control cabinet of the gas generator set, and after inspection, gradually eliminate loose wiring and damage to other components. Conduct a test on the IMO TDMD-X delay relay and find that the ATR delay relay cannot be closed normally after being powered on for the specified time, confirming a fault in the delay relay. After replacing the delay relay, the gas generator operated normally.
其他原因分析:冷却风扇故障。由于冷却风扇长时间运转,轴承可能变形导致风扇不工作, 此种情况同样会引起电机控制故障报警。

现象:燃气发电机在启动怠速转动一阵子后自动停机。

原因分析:(1)蓄电池电压不足以带动燃气发电机启机;(2)燃气发电机燃气管线至燃烧室之间的管路富含燃气,空气不足,不足以点火燃烧;(3)点火系统故障,如点火线圈故障,火花塞受潮,火花塞端部孔隙堵塞;(4)启动马达故障;(5)气源压力不足;(6)热备系统未投用,导致燃气发电机本体温度过低;(7)阴潮环境,应注意燃气发电机的定期热机。

原因分析:(1)气缸燃烧室内积碳过多,容易在积碳表面形成高温着火点;(2)点火提前角过于提前,导致点火引燃混合燃气的时间早于活塞到达上止点的时间,从而在活塞压缩冲程中压力急剧升高导致爆燃的发生。同时,爆燃产生的压力作用于活塞,影响活塞的冲程,导致爆震现象;(3)冷却水温度过高导致发动机机体温度高,散热不良,产生高温而发生爆震;(4)空燃比不正确等其他情况。
Cause analysis: (1) Excessive carbon deposition in the combustion chamber of the cylinder can easily form high-temperature ignition points on the surface of the carbon deposition; (2) The ignition advance angle is too early, resulting in the ignition of the mixed gas earlier than the time when the piston reaches the top dead center, leading to a sharp increase in pressure during the piston compression stroke and the occurrence of detonation. At the same time, the pressure generated by detonation acts on the piston, affecting its stroke and causing detonation phenomenon; (3) Excessive cooling water temperature leads to high engine body temperature and poor heat dissipation, resulting in high temperature and detonation; (4) Incorrect air-fuel ratio and other situations.

原因分析:(1)燃气发电机输出空气开关是否闭合状态;(2)发电机出口断路器系统GCB 复位按钮是否弹出,如果弹出,直接按压,然后再进行同步并机加载。
Reason analysis: (1) Whether the output air switch of the gas generator is closed; (2) Does the GCB reset button of the generator outlet circuit breaker system pop up? If it pops up, press it directly and then perform synchronous parallel loading.
低油压报警

现象:站控上位机系统出现燃气发电机低油压报警,参照Wilson PG345B3型燃气发电机正常运行时油压基本处于4.5MPa左右。
Phenomenon: The station control upper computer system has a low oil pressure alarm for the gas generator. Referring to the normal operation of Wilson PG345B3 gas generator, the oil pressure is basically around 4.5MPa.
原因分析:(1)机油管路渗漏导致机油压力降低;(2)机油泵密封损坏或者机械损坏,导致 机油泄漏;(3)机油压力探头损坏,数据传导出错。机油压力探头安装在燃气发电机机油滤芯附近,在震动环境下易损坏,可以考虑将机油压力探头移出本体,架设在一个相对震动不大的地方,以延长探头的使用寿命,减少故障发生。
Cause analysis: (1) Leakage in the oil pipeline leads to a decrease in oil pressure; (2) Oil pump seal damage or mechanical damage, resulting in oil leakage; (3) The oil pressure probe is damaged and the data transmission is incorrect. The oil pressure probe is installed near the oil filter element of the gas generator, which is prone to damage in a vibrating environment. It can be considered to remove the oil pressure probe from the body and install it in a relatively low vibration area to extend the service life of the probe and reduce the occurrence of faults.

每日定点巡检,重点检查机组的各项参数,上位机系统可设置报警值。重点检查燃气发电机 的转速、频率、出口电压、功率、机油压力、冷却水温度以及蓄电池电压等参数。现场查看燃气发电机冷却风扇的运转情况,冷却水管路和机油管路的渗漏情况,同时查看机油液位和冷却水液位。现场辨听燃气发电机运行时有无异常声响。手持测温枪对冷却风扇电机壳和气缸进行温度检测。
Daily fixed-point inspection, focusing on checking various parameters of the unit, and the upper computer system can set alarm values.
