  此次试验的成功,离不开济南先进动力研究所的强力支撑。据悉,该研究所落地济南起步区以来,已建成涵盖燃气轮机整机、燃气发生器及各类部件的全套试验台,拥有国家级领军人才、泰山学者等组成的高水平技术团队,此前已成功保障过20兆瓦、30兆瓦级燃机试验,在动力装备试验领域积累了丰富经验。为适配生物质气发电机组试验,研究所专门改造了试验台燃气系统和测控系统,全程提供测试设备、技术支持及后勤保障,确保试验顺利推进。

Every year, agricultural and forestry waste can be converted into biomass gas equivalent to over 120 million tons of standard coal. However, due to limitations in core technology, the resource utilization rate is less than 30%. Each unit can consume about 150000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste annually, reducing carbon emissions by about 200000 tons.   据了解,此次点火试验只是关键一步,按照计划,科研团队将继续在济南先进动力研究所开展升负荷测试、燃烧调整等后续试验,预计2026年1月完成全部测试工况,3月启动整机测试,年底前实现产业化。届时,该机型将批量应用于陆地发电、分布式能源等领域,进一步推动我国生物质发电产业高质量发展。
