The core competitiveness of natural gas power generation units lies in their advanced technological system. Modern natural gas generator sets commonly adopt international advanced technologies such as high boost intake technology, Miller cycle technology, lean combustion technology, and air-fuel ratio closed-loop control, which have outstanding advantages such as high intelligence, low heat consumption, low emissions, and long service life. Taking the L20V200 natural gas generator set released by Jichai Power in 2025 as an example, this product adopts advanced technologies such as deep pit squeeze combustion chamber, strong Miller, spiral layered intake duct, passive pre combustion chamber high-energy ignition, etc., achieving a temperature reduction of 580 degrees Celsius after the cylinder, a discharge of less than 500 milligrams per standard cubic meter under rated load, an increase in unit power to 2200 kilowatts, and a comprehensive electrical efficiency of 42.7%. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level. According to experimental data calculations, compared to models with a power of 2000 kW and an electrical efficiency of 40%, the L20V200 unit can generate an additional 1.6 million kWh of electricity per year, save over 280000 cubic meters of natural gas, and create an annual economic benefit of nearly 900000 yuan.

在技术参数方面,主流天然气发电机组的功率覆盖范围广泛。以科瑞油气的1000kW至1500kW级天然气发电机组为例,其采用H16V190系列发动机,缸径190mm、冲程215mm,16缸V型排列,热耗率≤10000kJ/kW·h,NOx排放≤500mg/Nm?。300kW级天然气发电机组的主流发电效率在35%至42%(低热值LHV)之间,机型可达40%至42%。这些性能指标充分体现了天然气发电机组在能效和环保方面的双重优势。

In terms of technical parameters, mainstream natural gas generators have a wide range of power coverage. A major technological highlight of natural gas power generation units is their excellent fuel adaptability and operational flexibility. Is the calorific value of natural gas stable between 8500 and 9500kcal/Nm? The main component is methane, with extremely low impurity content. This feature allows the unit to adopt premixed combustion technology, which can accurately adjust the air-fuel ratio through an electronic control unit to achieve stable operation at 30% ultra-low load. At 50% load condition, the thermal efficiency of the unit can still reach 40%, and the NOx emission concentration is below 50mg/Nm?.

天然气热电联产(CHP)是天然气发电机组另一重要应用方向。通过同时生产电能和热能,能源综合利用效率可以达到80%以上,显著优于传统燃煤机组。在数据中心等电力密集型应用中,天然气发电机组可作为核心基础设施进行部署。部分快速启动型机组能够在45秒内实现满功率供电,满足关键负荷对供电可靠性的严苛要求。

Natural gas cogeneration (CHP) is another important application direction of natural gas power generation units. By simultaneously producing electricity and heat energy, the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency can reach over 80%, significantly better than traditional coal-fired units. In power intensive applications such as data centers, natural gas generators can be deployed as core infrastructure. Some fast start units can achieve full power supply within 45 seconds, meeting the strict requirements of critical loads for power supply reliability.
