1. Diesel engine
Generally, turbocharged central control intercooled diesel engine is used to drive the generator to run and generate current.
A generator is a mechanical device that converts other forms of energy into electrical energy. It is driven by a hydraulic turbine, steam turbine, diesel engine or other power machinery. It converts the energy generated by water flow, gas flow, fuel combustion or nuclear fission into mechanical energy, and then transfers it to the generator, which converts it into electrical energy.
3. Control system
The control system of the generator is like the brain of the generator. It is used to control the startup, shutdown, important parameter measurement, fault alarm, or shutdown protection functions of the generator. The use of the intelligent control system will greatly improve the operation of the diesel generator set, ensure the stable operation of the diesel generator set, save manpower and material resources, and improve work efficiency.
4. Start the system
The starter is also called a motor. It converts the electric energy of the battery into mechanical energy, and drives the engine flywheel to rotate to realize the engine start.
5. Cooling system
Generally, the water tank provided by the diesel engine manufacturer is used, and the standard is air-cooled closed water circulating water tank, with an ambient temperature of 40 ℃.
The base required for the open-frame generator set is used to fix the generator set and reduce the vibration generated during the operation of the generator set.
