  内燃机燃烧做功:

  预处理后的沼气与空气按1:10比例混合,进入四冲程发动机气缸。

  The pre treated biogas is mixed with air in a ratio of 1:10 and enters the cylinder of a four stroke engine.

  在压缩冲程末期,火花塞点燃混合气,燃烧温度达1200-1500℃,推动活塞下行,将热能转化为机械能。

  At the end of the compression stroke, the spark plug ignites the mixture, with a combustion temperature of 1200-1500 ℃, pushing the piston downwards and converting thermal energy into mechanical energy.

  曲轴将活塞往复运动转为旋转运动,输出扭矩驱动发电机转子切割磁感线,产生690V三相交流电。

  The crankshaft converts the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotational motion, and outputs torque to drive the generator rotor to cut magnetic induction lines, generating 690V three-phase AC power.

  余热回收系统:

  发动机缸套水通过板式换热器加热导热油,提供80-90℃热源,可用于厌氧发酵罐保温或温室供暖。
