燃气发电机组为什么要使用专用油?

在燃气发电机组推广清洁燃料的过程中,也出现了一些与润滑油相关的问题,引起了用户的关注。比如改装后的车辆燃气发电机组仍然使用原厂机油,往往会导致积碳多、油泥大、换油周期缩短、发动机容易早期磨损、大修里程缩短等诸多问题。下面我们对这些现象和对策做一些简单的分析和介绍。

For example, the modified vehicle gas generator set still uses the original engine oil, which often leads to many problems such as excessive carbon deposition, large oil sludge, shortened oil change intervals, early engine wear, and shortened overhaul mileage. 燃气发电机组与汽油、柴油不同,燃油纯度高、热效率高、燃气温度高、燃烧清洁,但润滑性差,且含有一定量的硫,容易造成发动机相关零部件的粘附、摩擦、腐蚀和生锈。其缺点总结和分析如下
Unlike gasoline and diesel, gas generator sets have high fuel purity, high thermal efficiency, high gas temperature, and clean combustion, but poor lubricity and contain a certain amount of sulfur, which can easily cause adhesion, friction, corrosion, and rust of engine related components. The summary and analysis of its shortcomings are as follows
1、容易产生高温积碳。
1. Easy to generate high-temperature carbon deposition.
燃气发电机组燃烧完全,燃烧室温度比汽油/柴油发动机高几十到几百度。高温氧化会导致油品质量和粘度下降太多,导致润滑性能失效。气缸温度高时,润滑油容易产生积碳,导致过早燃烧。火花塞积碳会导致发动机异常磨损或故障,还可能增加氮氧化物排放。
The gas generator set burns completely, and the combustion chamber temperature is tens to hundreds of degrees higher than that of gasoline/diesel engines. High temperature oxidation can lead to a significant decrease in oil quality and viscosity, leading to lubrication performance failure. When the cylinder temperature is high, lubricating oil is prone to carbon deposition, leading to premature combustion. Carbon accumulation in spark plugs can cause abnormal engine wear or malfunction, and may also increase nitrogen oxide emissions.

2.阀门部件容易磨损。

燃气发电机组中的汽油/柴油以雾滴的形式喷入气缸,可以对气门、气门座等部件进行润滑和冷却,而LNG以气态进入气缸,不具备液体润滑的功能,容易使气门、气门座等部件在没有润滑的情况下变干,容易产生粘着磨损。普通机油的高灰添加剂在高温作用下,容易在发动机零部件表面形成硬质沉积物,造成发动机异常磨损、火花塞堵塞、气门积碳,引起发动机爆震、点火延迟或气门着火。结果,发动机功率降低,功率不稳定,甚至缩短了发动机的使用寿命。
The gasoline/diesel in the gas generator set is sprayed into the cylinder in the form of droplets, which can lubricate and cool components such as valves and valve seats. However, LNG enters the cylinder in a gaseous state and does not have the function of liquid lubrication, which can easily dry components such as valves and valve seats without lubrication and cause adhesive wear. The high ash additive of ordinary engine oil can easily form hard deposits on the surface of engine components under high temperature, causing abnormal engine wear, spark plug blockage, valve carbon accumulation, and causing engine detonation, ignition delay, or valve ignition. As a result, the engine power decreases, the power is unstable, and even the service life of the engine is shortened.
3.很容易形成有害物质。

燃气发电机组使用普通机油,废气中过量的氮氧化物无法解决,加速油泥的产生,可能造成油路堵塞或漆膜等有害物质的产生。特别是装有EGR装置的发动机,容易造成油品质量下降、滤清器堵塞、粘度、酸碱数失控等趋势。
The use of ordinary engine oil in gas generator sets cannot solve the problem of excessive nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, which accelerates the production of oil sludge and may cause oil blockage or the production of harmful substances such as paint films. Especially for engines equipped with EGR devices, it is easy to cause trends such as decreased oil quality, clogged filters, viscosity, and uncontrolled acid-base numbers.
