1、柴油发电机未加足冷却水，或冷却系统漏水而耗水过多高。

2、未按规定清洗冷却系统，因水垢积累太多或杂物堵塞水箱散热器芯管．冷却水循环能力不强，冷却效果差。

3、风扇皮带太松或损坏，或风扇叶片变形使风量不足，降低风冷效果；或风扇皮带打滑导致柴油发电机的水泵轴转速减慢，泵水量不足或不泵水。
