·柴油机运行的全过程中，油压表指针必须位于绿色区域内

·During the whole process of diesel engine operation, the pointer of oil pressure gauge must be in the green area

·热态柴油机在怠速运行时，允许油压指示灯闪亮（报警），油压表指针位于红色区域，但转速销一升高，油压指示灯必须熄灭，油压表指针必须移到绿色区域。

·When the hot diesel engine is running at idle speed, the oil pressure indicator is allowed to flash (alarm), and the pointer of the oil pressure gauge is located in the red area. However, as soon as the speed pin increases, the oil pressure indicator must be off, and the pointer of the oil pressure gauge must move to the green area.

缸头温度

·柴油机运行的全过程中，缸头温度表指针必须位于绿色区域内；

·During the whole process of diesel engine operation, the pointer of cylinder head thermometer must be in the green area;

·如果指针移到红色区域内，则意味着柴油机过热，须即时停车，查明原因，排除故障。

·If the pointer moves to the red area, it means that the diesel engine is overheated. Stop immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.

柴油机有无异常响声，工作是否正常

·卸载后应经短时间空转，柴油机怠速运转1~2分钟，使温度平衡。

·After unloading, the diesel engine shall be idled for a short time and idled for 1 ~ 2 minutes to balance the temperature.

·按下停车按钮，停车电磁铁移动停车杆到停车位置，使柴油机停车，充电指示灯和油压指示灯亮。

·Press the stop button, the stop electromagnet moves the stop lever to the stop position to stop the diesel engine, and the charging indicator light and oil pressure indicator light are on.

·逆时针转动总电源开关钥匙到“0”位，并拔出，充电和油压指示灯灭。

·Turn the main power switch key counterclockwise to "0" position and pull it out, and the charging and oil pressure indicator lights go out.

说明：不可从满负荷突然停车，否则易造成柴油机“粘缸抱轴”等故障。

Note: do not stop suddenly from full load, otherwise it is easy to cause faults such as "sticking cylinder and holding shaft" of diesel engine.

冬季运行注意事项

Precautions for winter operation

）在-10℃以下使用时，换油周期要缩短。

）When it is used below - 10 ℃, the oil change cycle shall be shortened.

）冷起动要求蓄电池保持良好状态，注意蓄电池保温。

）Cold start requires the battery to be in good condition, and pay attention to battery insulation.

）在温度接近或低于0℃时应使用火焰加热塞。

）Flame heating plugs shall be used when the temperature is close to or below 0 ℃.

）在气温低于-25℃时，应使用外部加热系统，向柴油机体内通入热风，预热柴油机，然后用火焰加热塞进行冷起动。

）When the air temperature is lower than - 25 ℃, the external heating system shall be used to inject hot air into the diesel engine block, preheat the diesel engine, and then use the flame heating plug for cold start.

）每周清洗一次油箱和粗滤（拧下放油螺栓，从燃油箱底部放出沉积物，每周一次）

）Clean the oil tank and primary filter once a week (unscrew the oil drain bolt and drain the sediment from the bottom of the fuel tank once a week)
