The coolant temperature sensor is faulty, resulting in a high viewing value;
The ventilation duct of the radiator is blocked, and the cooling air cannot flow normally, which reduces the heat dissipation of the water tank;
The drive belt of the cooling fan is loose, and the poor speed of the fan results in reduced heat dissipation in the water tank;
The thermostat of the engine has a malfunction, which prevents the normal opening of the large circulation when the coolant temperature rises, resulting in a high coolant temperature;
The coolant circulation pump has malfunctioned, causing the coolant to not circulate properly and resulting in excessively high temperature;
Open the water tank cover in the cold state and check the height of the coolant in the water tank. Usually, the height should be within reach of the index finger. If there is a lack of coolant, please make up for it;
Check the scale of the oil dipstick to ensure that the oil level is close to the H position on the dipstick after 5 minutes of shutdown. If there is a shortage, please make up for the same type of oil to reach the regular scale;
Check the wiring on the temperature sensor to ensure it is firmly connected. Measure the resistance value of the temperature sensor and record the temperature display value when measuring the resistance value, and compare it with the table below. If there is a significant difference, please replace the temperature sensor;
Check the cooling window of the radiator in the water tank. If there is a lot of oil or dust blocking the ventilation holes of the cooling window, please clean the radiator to ensure smooth ventilation;
Check the wear and tension of the radiator fan belt, replace or tighten the belt as needed;
Replace the thermostat;
Check the impeller of the water pump. If it is damaged, replace the water pump.
