发电机组配件在运作当中会出现“发烧”的现象，过热可能是由于发动机温度过高，风扇皮带过紧及调整器限额电流凋整不当引起，也可能由于本身的原因。这时候应该对发电设备进行检查维修，如果检查到冷却水和机油的温度长时间超出正常许用值，则说明该发电机组配件出现了过热故障。

2、*使用硬水，导致水箱水道形成大量水垢，导致散热不良。

4、操作不当，启动时应先用中小油门预热一段时间，不能突然加大油门，猛加负荷，否则会使柴油发电机工作粗暴，温度猛增。
